RESPONSE TO COVID-19 19/03/2020

In light of the uncertainty surrounding the COVID-19 outbreak our priority is  the well being of our customers, employees and partners and we are committed to keeping our employees safe as possible and our business running smoothly during this period.

We would like to reassure customers that we are taking all necessary steps to follow the guidance given by the UK Government, the Scottish Government and the World Health Organisation and we will be monitoring all future guidance in case further action needs to be taken.

AXIS ENERGY PROJECTS OFFICE/HOME-WORKING

As of  Thursday 19th March our employees will be working from home and this arrangement will continue until further notice.

At Axis we have supported home working for over a decade and so we expect the transition to be smooth

There will be no change to  our working hours during this period of uncertainty.

FACE TO FACE MEETINGS/SITE VISITS

In line with Government advice, we are no longer attending meetings or site visits unless they  are absolutely necessary. Instead we will continue communicating using  Microsoft Teams, Skype, mobile phone and email.  Office land lines will not be monitored.

TRAVEL

Work related domestic and international travel requiring public transport has suspended until further notice.

We hope these measures reassure you of our intention to continue our services to you with minimum of disruption. Your assistance and understanding during these challenging times are greatly appreciated.
